Special Meeting.
Mayor Vahlsing called a special meeting of the council
to consider Beer and Cigarette Permits.
Councilmen present Luwe, Okones Haack & Kruse.
Motion made that H P Kruse be appointed Clerk, in the
absence of Town Clerk Geerdes.
It was moved by Okones secomd by Luwe that we accept
cancellation of Class B Beer permit of Henry A @keerdes
having sold his business to Eugene Huisman. carried.
It was moved byOkones second by Luwe that we accept
cansellation of Earl Greany Class B Beer permit to be
effective Feb 28th, having sold his business to Thomas
Hoekstra. carried.
It was moved by Haacg second by Okones that a Class B beer
permit be issued to Thomas Hoekstra effective March 1st 1946
Carried.
It was mowed by Luwe second by Haack that a Class B beer
permit be issued to Eugene Huisman as of reb 8th, carried.
Roll Call on a bove motions were as follows;
Ayes- Haack, Luwe, Okones Kruse.
Nays none Absent Geerdes.
There : being no other business council adjourned.
