RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3136
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING ZONE VARIANCE 92-
1129, A REQUEST BY MARTY DATTOLA TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO -STORY ADDITION WITH A
SIDE YARD SETBACK OF EIGHT (8) FEET FOR THE
SECOND STORY RATHER THAN THE REQUIRED TEN
(10) FEET IN THE SINGLE FAMILY (R -1) ZONE.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed
public hearing before the City Council and upon the facts con-
tained in the staff report and testimony received at a noticed
public hearing before the Planning Commission and findings enu-
merated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City Council
approves the request subject to the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 92- 1444PC.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, Zone Variance 92 -1129 is approved.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of
original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON APRIL 7, 1992.

Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April,
