The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on Wednesday,
November 1, 1972 at 8:10 P. M.

Bids opened as follows: Bid 1 - net interest cost $76,649.00, net interest
rate 4.9150. Account Manager - Allison -Williams Co., Mpls, Acct. members
Dain, Kalman & Quail, Inc., Mpls. Will pay $157,556.00.
Bid 2 - net.interest cost $81,036.60,.net interest rate 5.1940
Will pay $158,145.90. - First National Bank of St.Paul
Bid 3 - Net interest cost $80,553.50, net interest -rate 5,.1637%
Will pay $157,504.00 - Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood, Inc., Mpls.
Bid 4 - Net -interest cost $80,312.70, net interest rate 5.1482f
Will pay $157,644.80 - Juran, Moody, :Inc., St.Paul
Bid 5 - Net interest cost $81,222.50, net interest rate 5.20657%
Will pay $158,408.00 - Banc Northwest, Mpls.
Moved by Robert Franklin that we adopt Resolution #72-20 awarding the bid
to Allison - Williams Company,at an interest rate of 4.915 00.
Seconded by Arthur Theis
Motion carried.
Mary and Willis Kohnen appeared to discuss the transfer of their property
to the Hennepin County Park Reserve.
Discussed the well house in Medina-Morningside. Tom,i Stevens will call Mr.
Bergerson with regard to this matter.
Moved by Thomas Stevens that tAs meeting adjourn.
