SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Lindley Kirkpatrick and Bill Keating have negotiated the agreement with Pharmer Engineering to conduct the engineering and construction management
of the water storage tank project. Attached is the agreement that the City attorney has reviewed and approved. The Cost estimate does not include survey work to the Nokes Tank Site;
survey work by Kerr Surveying will be direct billed to the City.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the engineering agreement with Pharmer Engineering for the engineering and construction
management of the water storage tank, and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
