SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The maintenance agreement with Ikon Office Solutions, Inc., for the Savin copier purchased in June 2003, expired 6/23/04; a renewal notice was
not received by the Department. Ikon was contacted and they agreed to reinstate the agreement back to 6/23/04 with a new expiration date of 6/23/05.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve
the maintenance agreement with Ikon Office Solutions and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
