RESOLUTION 92 -3146
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A REQUEST BY JEFF
JALALAT FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL 23285 MAP AND
ZONE VARIANCE 92 -1119 TO ALLOW THE DIVISION
OF A SINGLE PARCEL INTO TWO (2) INDIVIDUAL
PARCELS LOCATED AT 9619 -27 WOODRUFF AVENUE IN
THE HEAVY MULTIPLE FAMILY (R -3) ZONE.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed
public hearing before the City Council and upon the facts con-
tained in the staff report and testimony received at a noticed
public hearing before the Planning Commission and findings enu-
merated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City Council
approves the request subject to the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 92- 1446PC.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, the Tentative Parcel Map 23285 and
Zone Variance 92 -1119 are approved to permit subdivision of the
existing R -3 zoned lot into two separate parcels; Lot 1 would
have 50 feet of width and 7,500 square feet of lot area and Lot 2
would have 60 feet of width and 7,750 square feet of lot area.
Each of the two lots is to be used for single family residential
purposes.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of origi-
nal resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 5th day of May, 1992.

Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 5th of May, 1992, by
the following vote:
