SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Chamber of Commerce/Winter Carnival Committee has requested
the use of Legacy Park for events during the 2005 Winter Carnival. Pursuant to the large-scale group event policy at the City parks, the event plan has been approved by the Parks and
Recreation Director and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee recommends that the McCall City Council issue a special use permit
for the event.
Attached is the master plan submitted by the Chamber for the use of Legacy Park.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a special use permit to the McCall Area Chamber of
Commerce for the use of Legacy Park during the Winter Carnival.
