SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
Ordinance No. 794 was adopted by the City Council on November 18, 2004 and approved the annexation of River’s Crossing subdivision. The Ordinance was rejected by the Idaho
State Tax Commission since the legal description of the property boundaries didn’t close to the scale required by IDAPA 35.01.03.225.04.
Secesh Engineers have revised the legal description
of the property which is contained in Attachment “A” of Ordinance No. 802. Ordinance No. 802 will correct the deficiencies contained in Ordinance No. 794 and will allow the subdivision
to be annexed into the City of McCall.
Attached are copies of the notice sent to the City by the State Tax Commission and Ordinance No. 802.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Suspend
the rules and read Ordinance No. 802 by title only, and
2. Adopt Ordinance No. 802
