SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the January 27, 2005 meeting, the City Council asked
staff to prepare an agenda bill to discuss the role, function and existence of the Police Advisory Committee.
Attached are copies of the minutes from the September 11, 2003 City
Council meeting when the Committee was established, minutes from the January 22, 2004 when the City Council approved the Committee Charter, and the approved Committee Charter.
