SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
A Public Hearing will be held for the consideration of the submission of an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) for improvements to be made to the McCall Senior
Center. The project activities are proposed to include, but not be limited to, the construction of a new garage, the renovation of the existing garage into office and meeting space,
the renovation of the existing kitchen, additional storage space, repairs to the restrooms, and related improvements.
The proposed plans for the project were discussed with the City
Council by Karl Augustine (Sage Community Resources) and Ray Crowder (Crowder and Associates) at the January 27, 2005 Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Conduct the Public
Hearing.
Approve the submission of the Community Development Block Grant application for improvements to be made to the McCall Senior Center, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
