SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Timbercrest Downtown Condominiums project includes six residential units and 4,000
square feet of commercial space adjacent to the Ice & Events Centre, on the corner of Lenora
and Park Streets. The Pine Meadows Condominium project includes eight residential units on
Rowland Street, south of Lardo's Restaurant. Chad Olsen is the developer for both projects.
Extensive analysis has been completed on the estimated sewer flow generated by the projects
and potential I&I removal projects that can compensate for the new development. The attached
agreement reflects the developer's obligation to repair 1,395 feet of sewer line along Lake Street
in exchange for sewer service from the City. A bond of $357,093.25 will be posted to cover the
work.
The attached agreements have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney and City
Engineer.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Performance Agreement with Chad Olsen and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
