RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A REQUEST BY HSIEH
CHI CONSTRUCTION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 51173
AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 92 -1128 TO ALLOW
THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NINE (9) UNIT RESIDENTIAL
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5617 SANTA ANITA AVENUE IN THE HEAVY MULTIPLE
FAMILY (R -3) ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public
hearing before the City Council and upon the facts contained in the
staff report and testimony received at a noticed public hearing
before the Planning Commission and findings enumerated in the
Planning Commission Resolution, the City Council approved the
request subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 92- 1451PC. The City Council directed staff to
obtain additional input relative to the requirement for a on -site
mainline sewer, as stated in Conditions 19 and 20 of Resolution No.
92- 1451PC, and to review this additional input and give
consideration to waiving the requirement for an on -site mainline
sewer, if warranted. If no action is taken to amend this
resolution, all conditions contained in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 92- 1451PC shall apply.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, Tentative Tract Map 51173 and
Conditional Use Permit 92 -1128 are approved.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original
resolutions.

at a regular meeting held on the 19th of May, 1992, by the
