SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Lytle D. Johnson would
like to assign his share of the current lease agreement over to Lori MacNichol. Lori MacNichol would like to assume all rights and privileges associated with this lease agreement.
The
Airport Advisory Committee has reviewed the request and has recommended that the City Manager submit the request to the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease transfer
and authorize the Mayor to sign the assignment and assumption of lease.
