SUMMARY STATEMENT:
See attached summary of the Fire Station remodel project.
An appraisal has been of the City portion of the former Fire Station building and the City-owned
land at the current Fire Station location. The difference in value is $1,870, due to the Fire District. It appears that a purchase agreement can be negotiated with the District. The
FAA has been consulted and will have to approve of any transfer of ownership.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide staff with direction on the Council’s desired course of action.
