SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The maintenance agreement with Ikon Office Solutions, Inc., for the Savin 2515 photocopier that was leased on 5/13/03, was inadvertently cancelled shortly
thereafter without the Library Department’s knowledge. The proposed maintenance agreement will provide service for the photocopier from 2/24/05 to 2/24/06.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the maintenance agreement with Ikon Office Solutions and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
