SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Boydstun St. project is scheduled to be constructed in 2006 and the right-of-ways need to be
acquired. The City advertised a RFQ for qualified firms to conduct the ROW Negotiation Services for the Boydstun Street Project. Negotiation Services, L.L.C. submitted the only proposal
in the amount of $127,100.
The project consists of negotiating the acquisition of forty-one (41) properties at $1,200 each.
The cost to appraise the properties is $77,900. The
City attorney has reviewed the agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreement for professional services with Negotiations Services, L.L.C. and authorize the mayor all necessary
documents.
