Ordinance 803: Annexing certain property along Lick Creek Road and implementing the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommended zoning designation. The property is currently zoned R-5, Rural Residential 5 and R-10, Rural Residential 10; the requested zoning designation is Zone A – Low Density Residential, R-5, Rural Residential 5 and R-10, Rural Residential 10. The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for ZON–05–1 and authorize the Mayor to sign; and Suspend the rules and read Ordinance 803 by title only, one time only; and Adopt Ordinance 803  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  Meeting Date ACTION
