STATEMENT:
The public hearing was continued to April 11 to allow staff the opportunity to review the new information presented by the applicant and to prepare draft findings for the
Council to consider.
That review is not yet complete. Additional information will be provided to the Council prior to the April 11 meeting.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A request for zoning designation upon annexation
for approximately 730.52 acres, located between the Adams/Valley County Line and that portion of the Whitetail Golf Course not already annexed, immediately south of the Kings Pines Estates
#1, Forest Trails, and Ski Ranch Subdivisions. The property is currently zoned R-5, Rural Residential 5 and R-10, Rural Residential 10; the requested zoning designation is Zone A – Low
Density Residential, R-5, Rural Residential 5 and R-10, Rural Residential 10.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application
is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for ZON–05–1 and authorize the Mayor to sign; and
Suspend
the rules and read Ordinance 803 by title only, one time only;
and
Adopt Ordinance 803
