RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3153
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A MODIFICATION OF
ZONE VARIANCE 92 -1129, A REQUEST BY MARTY
DATTOLA TO ALLOW A BALCONY ON THE SECOND
FLOOR, ALONG THE EAST BUILDING WALL LOCATED AT
9235 KENNERLY AVENUE IN THE SINGLE FAMILY
(R -1) ZONE. (DATTOLA)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon a public hearing for the above
Modification of a Zone Variance, the City Council finds that the
revised plans are in substantial compliance with the originally
approved plans and that the proposed second story balcony will not
alter or affect the granted zone variance.
SECTION 2. This project is Categorically Exempt from an
environmental review in accordance with the State CEQA guidelines.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Modification of Zone Variance
92 -1129 is approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. The proposed development shall be in substantial compliance
with the revised development plans date stamped May 22, 1992,
except as modified herein.
2. The request shall be subject to all of the conditions as
contained in the Planning Commission Resolution No. 92- 1444PC.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original
resolutions.

at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1992, by the
