SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Due to unforeseen personal commitments, Henry McCauley has resigned from the Local Option
Tax Commission. A new appointment to the commission must be made from an existing City
committee member. An email to all existing City committee members was sent on 3/15/05. Don
Bailey (Planning and Zoning Commission) and Rick Fereday (Urban Renewal Agency) have
expressed their interests of serving on the Committee.

Appoint one of the candidates to the Local Option Tax Commission
