SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City received
$8,000 from ICRMP for replacement of the recently totalled police vehicle (1999 Ford Explorer). The department will use this money to purchase and install the emergency equipment not
covered by insurance, the insurance deductible, and the balance to be carried over for the lease payment due December 2005.
The police department is requesting the Council authorize
a budget line item transfer of $8,000.00 from contingent revenue to miscellaneous revenue and from contingent expense to vehicle lease payments.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize Staff
to transfer $8,000.00 from contingent revenue to miscellaneous revenue and from contingent expense to vehicle lease payments.
