SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Chief of Police has been working
and consulting with the City Prosecutor and Attorney for approximately the past five months, revising our Nuisance Ordinance for Council review and adoption. We have reviewed similar
ordinances from other communities in Idaho and attempted to blend the best aspects of those with what we think will be acceptable to the community of McCall and Council. We believe that
the proposed new ordinance is understandable, enforceable and prosecutable and we ask the Council to adopt it as proposed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read Ordinance
No. 808 by title only, one time only; and Adopt Ordinance No. 808.
