RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION
3600 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ANIMAL LICENSE AND IMPOUND FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3600 of the Temple City Municipal
Code, the following fees are established for calendar year 1993.
A. License Fees: $10.50 for neutered pets
21.00 for unneutered pets;
B. A delinquent license penalty of 50 %;
C. Impound redemption fees as follows:
1. 1st offense:

3. 3rd offense:

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution.
