litigation pursuant to Section 610.021(1), (2), (3) and (8) RSMo, and other matters pursuant to the
applicable provisions of Chapter 610, of the Missouri Revised Statutes, commonly referred to as
the “Sunshine Law”.

Authority of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, serving them with Notice of the Regular Meeting in the
