The PUD covers a total of 3.35 acres. A total of 3 buildings with 12 units have recently been constructed in Phase 2 of the project. The amended final plat recognizes adjustments made to Phase 2 building footprint and utility locations in response to City and Fire District requests and acknowledges restrictive covenants recorded with Valley County on January 4, 2005. The McCall Planning & Zoning Commission considered the final plat at its meeting of March 22, 2005. A public hearing was not required to consider this application. The Commission recommended that the final plat be approved. Attached are the staff report, the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions, and draft Findings and Conclusions for the Council.
