SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant is requesting an amended final plat
for a PUD approved in 1973. The PUD covers a total of 3.35 acres. A total of 3 buildings with 12 units have recently been constructed in Phase 2 of the project. The amended final plat
recognizes adjustments made to Phase 2 building footprint and utility locations in response to City and Fire District requests and acknowledges restrictive covenants recorded with Valley
County on January 4, 2005.
The McCall Planning & Zoning Commission considered the final plat at its meeting of March 22, 2005. A public hearing was not required to consider this application.
The Commission recommended that the final plat be approved. Attached are the staff report, the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions, and draft Findings and Conclusions for the Council. The
complete file is substantial and is not included in the packet. The complete file is available for review in the Community Development Department.
