SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Torf Environmental Solutions
has presented a Scope of Work and Estimate for the final phase of the lead remediation project. The submitted proposal is for follow-up lead dust sampling and analytical results, written
report, and consulting as needed.
Attached are the Scope of Work and Estimate, and the Lead-Safe Cleaning Project document. This proposal has been reviewed by the City Attorney and
is ready for Council approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the proposal by Torf Environmental Solutions and authorize the City Council President to sign.
