In accordance with McCall City Code 8-14-4, Cheap Thrills is requesting approval for a Special Use Permit to allow the use of the southerly face of the southernmost dock at the Municipal boat launching ramp near west end of Fir Street, to pick up and drop off passengers. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee has reviewed Cheap Thrills request and recommends that the City Council approve the request. Attached is a use agreement which includes a hold harmless clause and requires Cheap Thrills to provide the City with a Certificate of Liability Insurance with the City named as an additional insured in an amount not less than $500,000 per occurrence.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the issuance of Special Use Permit to Cheap Thrills for the use of the southerly face of the southernmost dock at the Municipal boat launching ramp near the west end of Fir Street; and, Authorize the City Council President to sign the Use Agreement.
