SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Two seats on the Airport Advisory Committee are up for renewal. The positions have been
noticed in the Star-News and on the City’s website. Lori MacNichol and Jerry McCauley currently
fill those two seats.
Four letters of interest were received: Lori MacNichol, Jerry McCauley, Dan Scott and Oris
Dunham. Lori MacNichol subsequently withdrew her name from consideration. The Airport
Advisory Committee considered the applicants at their meeting on April 14. The Committee
unanimously recommended that Dan Scott and Jerry McCauley be appointed to the AAC (Mr.
McCauley abstained from the vote).
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct the Mayor to appoint Dan Scott to the Airport Advisory Committee, to a term
expiring on March 28, 2008.
