SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Heartland Gymnastics Recreation and Learning Center requests that the City of McCall donate the equipment that was loaned to Heartland Gymnastics in 2001
under the Partnership Contract Agreement. The Parks and Recreation Director for the City of McCall recommends that the equipment be donated to Heartland Gymnastics. The terms for the
use and ownership of the equipment is outlined in Section 3 of the Partnership Contract Agreement. Heartland Gymnastics has provided a list of equipment they currently have including
the value and condition. Please note that they have already disposed of the foosball table, vacuum, storage shed, the trampoline pit, vaulting board, and a damaged stereo.

is a letter from Heartland Gymnastics requesting the donation of the equipment, the list of equipment provided by Heartland Gymnastics, the 2001 Partnership Contract Agreement, and Resolution
05-04.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 05-04 approving the donation of the equipment to Heartland Gymnastics Recreation and Learning Center.
