CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the April 4, 2022 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:45 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Hensley, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Spencer, Spicer, Vogt, Ward,
and W iseman
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Schreiber will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Fire Chief Matt Schofield and Mayor Carrie Tergin will recognize Fire Captain Dirk
Protzman who is retiring with 25 years of service.
- April is Fair Housing Month. Mayor Tergin will present a proclamation to Kayla Hoey,
President of Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors. Ms. Hoey will then present the
Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors “Fair Housing” Poster Contest Winners.
ARPA Funds Discussion and Public Comment
- City Administrator Steve Crowell will provide a brief presentation. The floor will be
opened for any public comment.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their introduced bills.
Bills Pending
- City Staff presented their bills pending. Councilmember Fitzwater will make a motion to
adopt Substitute #1 to pending bill 2021-093.
Resolutions
- City Staff presented their resolution.
