The property is currently zoned R-10; the requested zoning designation is R5 – Rural Residential. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends that the property be designated R5 – Rural Residential if annexed. Attached is a summary of application and Ordinance 810, annexing the property and implementing the recommended zoning designation. Draft Findings & Conclusions are also attached. The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
