The property is currently zoned C; the requested zoning designation is I – Industrial. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends that the property be designated I – Industrial. Attached are the findings and conclusions of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Draft City Council Findings & Conclusions are also attached. The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
