SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
On April 5, 2005 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted public hearings on a request for zoning designation for approximately 0.16 acres in the Payette Lakes Commercial
Center. The property is currently zoned C; the requested zoning designation is I – Industrial.
The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends that the property be designated I – Industrial.
Attached are the findings and conclusions of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Draft City Council Findings & Conclusions are also attached.

is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions
for ZON–05–4 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
