SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 5 and April 19, 2005 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted public hearings on a request for PUD General Plan approval
for the subject project.
The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval of the PUD General Plan with conditions. Attached are the findings and conclusions of the Planning and
Zoning Commission. Draft City Council Findings & Conclusions are also attached.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application
is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for PUD–05–3 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
