SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall incorporates many codes into its Building Regulations by reference. The State of Idaho
and the McCall Fire Protection District have both adopted the 2003 Edition of the International Fire Code. The City Code currently references the 2000 Edition of the Code and the Fire
Chief has requested that the City bring its Building Regulations into conformance with State and Fire District standards.
The complete 2003 Edition of the International Fire Code is
extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules
and read Ordinance 811 by title only, one time only;
and
Adopt Ordinance 811
