6:00 PM City Council Meeting
The meeting was convened at 8:00 P.M. by the current Chair of the Committee,
Councilmember Schreiber for the purpose of election of officers.
Members of the Committee were present by roll call:
Present: Deeken, Ward, Spencer, Spicer, and Schreiber
Absent: None
Councilmember Schreiber opened the floor for nominations of Chair and Vice-
Chair.
Chair – Councilmember W ard nominated Councilmember Schreiber as Chair.
Councilmember W ard motioned to cease nominations and elect Councilmember
Schreiber by acclamation. Councilmember Spencer seconded the motion.
Councilmember Schreiber was elected unanimously.
Vice-Chair – Councilmember Schreiber nominated Councilmember Ward as
Vice-Chair.
Councilmember Schreiber motioned to cease nominations and elect
Councilmember Ward by acclamation. Councilmember Spencer seconded the
motion. Councilmember W ard was elected unanimously.
Determine Standard Meeting Schedule
The City Council Public Safety Committee meets at 7:30 A.M. on the last
Thursday of the month.
Adjourn
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time,
Councilmember Schreiber moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilm ember
Spencer, and approved unanimously at 8:01 P.M.
