SUMMARY STATEMENT: Attached are the Alcohol Beverage License Applications from Mile High Marina L.L.C. requesting the transfer of the 2005 Retail Beer Off -
Premises License previously issued to Harry’s Dry Dock, and for new Alcohol Beverage Licenses for Retail Beer On - Premises and Retail Wine On and Off Premises.
Staff is requesting
approval for the transfer of the 2005 Retail Beer Off - Premises Alcohol Beverage License from Harry’s Dry Dock to Mile High Marina LLC, contingent upon all fees being paid and the receipt
of all approvals from the State, the County, and the McCall Police Department.
Staff is also requesting approval of New Alcohol Beverage Licenses for Mile High Marina for Retail Beer
On-Premises and for Retail Wine On and Off Premises for the year 2005, contingent upon all fees being paid and the receipt of all approvals from the State, the County, and the McCall
Police Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the issuance of a Transfer Alcohol/Beverage License for Retail Beer Off Premises for 2005 from Harry’s Dry Dock to Mile High Marina
contingent upon the receipt of all appropriate fees and all approvals from the State, the County, and the McCall Police Department, and;
Approve the issuance of New Alcohol/Beverage
Licenses for Retail Beer On Premises and for Retail Wine On and Off Premises to Mile High Marina, contingent upon the receipt of all appropriate fees and all approvals from the State,
the County, and the McCall Police Department.
