SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Don Bailey has submitted his resignation from the Planning & Zoning Commission, and one
additional vacancy currently exists. The remaining members are Jeff Schoedler, Phil Feinberg,
and Robert Youde. Mr. Schoedler is a City resident. Mr. Feinberg and Mr. Youde live in the
Impact Area. One person has expressed interest in being appointed: Sarah Jessup. Dr. Jessup
lives in the City. The P&Z has discussed the candidate and recommends that she be appointed to
a full term of 3 years.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct the Mayor to appoint Sarah Jessup to the Planning & Zoning Commission, term to
expire in January 2009.
