SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As directed by the FAA, the McCall Municipal Airport is about to initiate a new airport master plan
utilizing the planning consultant firm of Mead & Hunt. The scope of services of the proposed
work by Mead & Hunt has been approved by the FAA but since the proposed cost exceeds
$100,000.00 it requires an independent cost assessment by a separate consulting firm as per
FAA directives. The firm accepted by the Airport Manager for this independent review is ESA
Airports. Their scope of service and cost of service ($2700) is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the attached scope of service with ESA Airports to conduct an independent cost
review of the Airport Master Plan for the amount of $2,700.00 and authorize the Mayor to
sign all necessary documents.
