SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The election of a new Mayor and Council President, as well as the appointment of a new Finance
Director, requires the Council to update the list of signatories on the City's bank accounts.
Resolution 06-1 authorizes the newly elected Mayor and Council President, as well as the City
Manager and Finance Director, to sign checks and other disbursements.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt resolution No. 06-01 and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager, and
Finance Director to sign all necessary documents.
