SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 4, 2006 the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the final plan and plat application
for Whitetail, Phase 2. The Commission found that the subdivision and PUD application met the
requirements of MCC 3-21 and 3-22, respectively. The Commission recommended the approval
of the final plat and plan by the City Council subject to certain conditions.
The applicant has met the conditions set by the Commission and applicant is requesting final plat
and approval. A companion development agreement is also attached for Council approval.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete
application is available in the supplemental binders.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions and approve the Final Plat and Final Plan for SUB-05-1
and PUD-05-1, Whitetail, Phase 2.
Approve the related Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
