SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached lease agreement has been edited by the city attorney and approved by the
Airport Advisory Committee. The firm of Hangar Solutions was selected by the AAC and
approved by the City Council to be the developer on the proposed new hangar project.
This lease would release the city from liability while Hangar Solutions is building this
project. When the project is completed, the new taxilane would be given to the city, the
new hangars would have individual leases with the city and this interim lease would be
terminated.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the attached interim lease with Hangar Solutions and authorize the Mayor to sign
all necessary documents.
