SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An advertisement for bid was published by CH2MHILL for the Lake Street Sewer repair project
that will be done this summer. Bids were opened by CH2MHILL at 2:00 p.m. on June 6, 2006.
The City received one bid, and CH2M HILL is negotiating a contract with that bidder. The results
of the negotiation will be provided at the City Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award the bid to the lowest responsive bidder and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
