SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall solicited statements of qualifications from organizations or individuals capable
of providing planning, development and construction of community housing on certain parcels of
City owned property. Neighborhood Housing Services submitted a proposal which was reviewed
by a committee comprised of a Council member, the Chairperson of Planning and Zoning, the
McCall representative to the Valley Adams Regional Housing Authority and two City staff. The
committee recommended selection of NHS to provide such services. Attached is an MOU
outlining the responsibilities of NHS and the City of McCall in the development of community
housing. The City Attorney has reviewed the MOU.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the MOU between the City of McCall and Neighborhood Housing Services.
