SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 4, 2006 the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the final plat application for
Broken Ridge Commons, Phase 1. The Commission found that the subdivision application met
the requirements of MCC 3-21. The Commission recommended the approval of the final plat by
the City Council subject to certain conditions.
The applicant has met the conditions set by the Commission and applicant is requesting final plat
approval. A companion development agreement is also attached for Council approval.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete
application is available for review in the Community Development Department at City Hall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions and approve the Final Plat for SUB-05-14 Broken Ridge
Commons, Phase 1.
Approve the related Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
