SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On June 6, 2006 the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the conditional use application to
construct a drive-thru service window for the bank as part of the project per MCC 3.4.02. The
Commission recommended the approval of the conditional use permit by the City Council subject
to certain conditions.
The applicant has met the conditions set by the Commission and applicant is requesting
conditional use permit approval. The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this
agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development
Department at City Hall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions and approve CUP-06-14.
