SUMMARY STATEMENT:
During the June 22nd City Council meeting, the airport manager briefed the council on the current
status of the "east hangar project." At that time, it had been determined that the owners of the six
hangars being considered for purchase and demolition were not going to agree to the city's offer;
the FAA had also suggested that an alternate taxilane was possible.
It was therefore accepted that the project would continue with the new taxilane without the
purchase of the six hangars.
The old Exhibit A included the land on which the six hangars are located, and thus, had to be
modified to exclude this portion of land (approximately 40 x 175 feet). Attached is the new Exhibit
A property description.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the changes in Exhibit A.
