It was moved by Councilman Leonard Gelders and seconded by
Councilman J. W. Ross _ that said Ordinance be placed upon its
first reading.

providing that ordinances shall be fully and distinctly read on three
different rays be suspended and be dispensed with and that Ordinance No.
119 be placed upon its 1<_st read' ng.

placed upon its final passage and passed.
