SUMMARY STATEMENT:
City Council approved the lease between Hangar Solutions and the City of McCall on June 8,
2006, and recommended approval of the amended lease with changes to Exhibit A on July 13,
2006. Idaho First Bank is providing financial support to Hangar Solutions and wants to have their
name on the lease.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the assignment and assumption of the amended lease, as approved on July 13,
2006, from Hangar Solutions to Idaho First Bank, and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
