See the attached memo from the Idaho Attorney General's Office.
Staff has evaluated the facts and believes that the City may be eligible to recover approximately
$500, depending upon a number of factors. The City Attorney has reviewed the request from the
Attorney General's Office and recommends that the City consent to the AG's representation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Consent to the Idaho Attorney General's representation of the City and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
