SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Library and the Recreation Department studied the definitions of "resident" and "non-
resident" as used to issue library and recreation cards, to determine whether or not the definitions
were adequate to meet the departments' needs.
Please see the attached findings.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the recommendation from the Library and the Recreation Department to allow
Resolution 03-08 to remain unchanged.
