SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On January 12, 2006, the City Council conducted the first reading on the revisions to the Scenic
Route Overlay District code. The accompanying ordinance is substantively the same but
incorporates the changes made by the Council at the first reading.
Attached is the ordinance implementing the Council's directions.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only,waive the third reading.
Adopt Ordinance No. 818, amending Title 3 of McCall City Code.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On December 8, 2005, the City Council conducted its public hearing on the revisions to the
Scenic Route Overlay District code. At the conclusion of the hearing, Council directed the City
Attorney to prepare an ordinance adopting some, but not all of the proposed revisions.
Attached is an ordinance implementing the Council's direction; an ordinance number will be
assigned upon final adoption.
